Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, delivery details, size, colour, or payment method.

If a paid order is cancelled, the refund will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.

All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless stated otherwise.

We accept the payment methods available on our website. Depending on availability, payment may also be made by cash, bank card, or Apple Pay upon delivery.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and special offers may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to all areas within Qatar, normally within 24 hours after order confirmation.

Delivery may take longer during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, severe weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery to GCC countries is coming soon.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate phone number, delivery address, and location. ARMANO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear customer information.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Size Changes

Returns, exchanges, and size changes are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date.

The product must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and complete with all tags, labels, and accessories.

We may refuse a return or exchange if the product has been used, worn, damaged, altered, marked, or returned after the allowed period.

Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

After reviewing your request, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Once a returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take approximately 3–15 business days to appear in your account.
