We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return, exchange, or size change under the conditions below.

1. Return Period

Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving the order to request a return, exchange, or size change.

Any request made after 7 days may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

ARMANO reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product has been used, damaged, altered, or returned in an unsuitable condition.

3. Size Change

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size change within 7 days of receiving your order.

Size changes are subject to product availability.

If the requested size is not available, we may offer an alternative size, store credit, or refund depending on the case.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for returning the product unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The product must be shipped or returned within the 7-day return period.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A description of the issue

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed.

Refunds may take approximately 24 to 72 hours to be completed, depending on the payment method and payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or worn
  • The product is damaged by the customer
  • The product is missing original packaging or accessories
  • The return request is made after 7 days
  • The product was purchased during a final sale or clearance offer, if stated
